Solicitor David Burke of Waterford, Ireland; slacker

The Law Society of Ireland presented David R. Burker with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file his annual accountant’s report in a timely manner (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary advisement and imposed a fine of €500.
