Attorney Shayne Healea of Jefferson City, MO; drunken convict

The state of Missouri presented Shayne Wyatt Healea with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School at Kansas City School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Shayne guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Charged with multiple counts of second-degree assault
• Charged with one count of felony leaving the scene of an accident
• Pled guilty to three counts of misdemeanor assault
• Pled guilty to one count of driving under the influence (DUI)
• While drunk, drove his truck in Addison’s restaurant in Columbia
• Left the scene of the restaurant accident and then parked his truck in front of a local hotel but was later found in an alley near the restaurant, where he was arrested

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary punished Shayne by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Shayne practices in Jefferson City, Missouri.
