Attorney James Hall of Toledo, OH; convicted drunk

The state of Michigan provided James E. Hall with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

The Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #4 found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer
  • Convicted of driving under the influence
  • Failed to report his two convictions to the State Bar
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed him costs of $756.96.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Jimmy practices at 326 Northdale Drive in Toledo, Ohio.
