Attorney Robert Karney of Charlotte, NC; ambulance chasing loser

The state of North Carolina presented Robert A. Karney with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sent direct mail solicitation postcard [ambulance chasing] to a prospective client who had, been in a car accident
• Stated on postcard: "We can win your case and get you compensation for your pain and suffering, recover your lost wages, and pay your medical bills.”
• Statement on postcard was a misleading communication regarding Bobby’s services in that the statement likely created an unjustified expectation about the results you could achieve

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Bobby practices at 125 Bern Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.
