Attorney Tracy Hatcher of Charlotte, NC; scamming loser

The state of North Carolina presented Tracy T. Hatcher with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the New England University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Tracy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • In his personal lawsuit, Tracy failed to set forth his claims with sufficient particularity to give the court or the opposing party notice of the transactions or occurrences showing that Tracy was entitled to relief as required
  • In his lawsuit filed with the court, Tracy did not assert any facts to support his allegations of fraudulent conduct by the defendant as is required by the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Due to Tracy’s ignorance of the law, the court summarily dismissed his lawsuit
  • Failed to adhere to the rules and regulations all attorneys in their interactions with the courts and member of the public
  • Tracy’s ignorant court filings undermined the public’s trust in the abilities and/or competence of attorneys in general
  • Tracy’s lawsuit negatively affected the administration of justice by wasting the valuable time and resources of the court and the defendant

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Tracy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tracy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.hatcherlawoffice.com. Apparently, Tracy decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Tracy practices at 130 North McDowell Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.
