Attorney James Hampton of Greensboro, NC; scamming loser

The state of North Carolina presented James S. Hampton with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.  

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Presented child support order to judge when he knew opposing counsel did not agree with said order
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Jimmy practices with The Law Office of J. Scott Hampton in Greensboro, North Carolina.
