Attorney Karen Knauerhase of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf

The State of Oregon presented Karen M. W. Knauerhase with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Lewis & Clark School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deliver client property to client
• Failed to return client’s original trust agreement and medical directive for almost 11 months after the return was originally requested

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

And lastly, as one would suspect,  Karen fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.knauerhaselaw.com. Apparently, Davey decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Karen practices with the Knauerhase Law Office at 8403 SW 8^th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
