Attorney Ross Day of Portland, OR; idiotic loser

The State of Oregon presented Ross A. Day with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Williamette University of Law.

FYI: Williamette University School of Law is ranked as the 178^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Ross guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Failed to withdraw representation when withdrawal was mandatory
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to timely file pleadings on behalf of his clients
• Negligence led probate court to issue repeated show-cause notices and orders over two-years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court didn’t’ mete out any meaningful punishment to Ross.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Ross fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.daylawpc.com. Apparently, Ross decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
