Judge Mushtak Parker of South Africa; bullying loser

The Law Society of South Africa provided Mushtak Parker a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Cape Town School of Law.

Two complaints were filed with the Judicial Conduct Committee alleging that Judge Parker engaged in the following misconduct.

• Physically assaulted one of his unnamed colleagues
• Engaged in gross misconduct
• Compromised the functioning of the court

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Parker by the enablers for Judicial Misfit sitting on the Judicial Service Commission.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Judge Mushtak Parker continues to sit as a Western Cape High Court judge in Cape Town, South Africa.
