Attorney Evan Callanan, Jr. of Westland, MI; repeater, convicted felon
The state of Michigan provided Evan H. Callanan, Jr. with a law license in 1979.
Evan has been the subject of discipline for engaging in a variety of misconduct, some of which is set forth below.

In 1983 Evan was convicted in a Federal District Court in Detroit of making false declarations (aka, perjury) before a grand jury and for obstruction of justice, both felonies.
Shortly after his conviction, the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board punished Evan by revoking his law license.
In November 1993, enablers for Crooked Attorney at the Tri-County Hearing Panel for the Attorney Discipline Board voted to reinstate Evan the Felon’s law license

In February 2005, Evan pled guilty to one felony count of possession of cocaine. As a result of his felony conviction, the Attorney
Discipline Board suspended Evan’s law license pending a final ruling of discipline.
As a consequence of his third (3rd) felony conviction, the apologists for Attorney Felon’s sitting on the Tri-County Hearing Panel punished Evan by presenting him with a complimentary 2 year suspension of his law license.
In February 2008, the comedians sitting on the Attorney Discipline Board again reinstated Evan the Felon’s law license.
To be fair, the comics conditioned the reinstatement on proof that Evan paid his current bar dues of $275. That my friends is the price a serial felon must pay to practice law in Michigan!
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Evan practices law at 29054 Brody Avenue in Westland, Michigan, which is about 24 miles west of downtown Detroit.
