Justice William Rebolini of Central Islip, NY; drunken convict

The state of New York provided William B. Rebolini law license in 1984 after he graduated from Hofstra University School of Law.

FYI: Billy has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-seven (27) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Suffolk County area.

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Rebolini guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • While stopped for driving under the influence (DUI), Billy asserted his judicial office with the police officer at the scene, to avoid arrest or other adverse consequences
  • Pled guilty to driving under the influence

Rather than await a decision from the enablers sitting on the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, Billy did what any coward would do, he resigned from his judicial office in late March 2020 and promised to never seek a judicial position for the balance of his life.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Billy practices is brand of law in the Riverhead, New York area.
