Attorney James Maldonado of Portland, OR; deadbeat scofflaw

The State of Oregon presented James M. Maldonado with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

FYI: Williamette University School of Law is ranked as the 178^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools

The Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Previously suspended for failing to pay annual bar dues (deadbeat)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect,  Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.ochin.org. Apparently, Jimmy decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit her future victim pool.
