Attorney Shannon Kmetic of Oregon City, OR; cheating loser

The State of Oregon presented Shannon M. Kmetic with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Whittier University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Shannon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged an excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon termination

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Shannon’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Shannon by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Shannon practices with Bertrand-Kmetic at 217 7^th Street in Oregon City, Oregon.
