Attorney Mark Holady of Beaverton, OR; ethical gremlin

The State of Oregon presented Mark John Holady with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to promptly deliver to a third-party funds the party was lawfully entitled to receive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Mark practices at 4800 SW Griffith Drive in Beaverton, Oregon.
