Judge Anacleto Caminade of the Philippines; slacker extraordinaire

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Anacleto L. Caminade with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Demi guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Guilty of gross ignorance of the law (moron)
  • Failed to comply with procedural rules so elementary that to digress from them amounts to either ignorance or negligence
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Order in criminal matter was deemed to have been attended by gross ignorance of the law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000) fine and a warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Anacleto continues to sit as a Regional Trial Court Judge in Cebu, Philippines.
