The state of New York presented William Grandjean Halby with a law license in 1956 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.
In 2010, Bill the Comic received bad news from the State Tax Appeals Board. The board denied Billy’s attempt to claims hundreds of thousands of dollars he spent on prostitutes, massages, pornography and other sex-related activities as deductions for “medical expenses.”

Billy also attempted to claim a tax deduction for patronizing prostitutes. Obviously Billy missed his calling as a standup comedian. Only a degenerate comic would ever make such laughable tax claims as set forth above.
Since Billy is 76 years-of-age, he’ll probably have to purchase Industrial Strength Viagra in the future for the desired outcome.
It’s comforting to know that comedian-attorneys like Billy are offering free comic relief to the good folks in Brooklyn.
