Attorney John Dunivan of Perry, OK; scofflaw

The state of Oklahoma provided John Dunivan with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Entered Alford plea to one misdemeanor count of violating a victim protective order in Blaine County District Court
  • Violated protective order by sending a flurry of harassing and inappropriate text messages
  • Misdemeanor violation of the protective order--evinces a pattern of disregard for complying with judicial orders (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Johnny practices with the Noble Law Firm at 409 North 6th Street in Perry, Oklahoma.
