Attorney James Neeld of Kansas City, MO; cheating loser

The state of Missouri provided James Charles Neeld with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

The Missouri Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Submitted travel claims to his law firm in the amount of $1,722.74 and a request for a travel advance in the amount of $650, with amounts being billed to a client
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Subsequently, admitted that the $1,277.74 travel expense claims were false
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Jimmy practices at with Sandberg Phoenix & Von Gontard PC at 4600 Madison Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.
