The state of Florida provided Beverly R. McCallum with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Beverly guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Impugned the qualifications and integrity of various judges

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Beverly by gifting her with a complimentary 15-daysuspension of her law license and assessed investigative costs of $4,901.50.
