Attorney Theodore Mastos of Coral Gables, FL; ethical gnome

The state of Florida presented Theodore G. Mastos with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Teddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a joint representation of two defendants in a single criminal case and failed to inform and obtain a waiver of the potential conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Teddy practices with the Law Office of Theodore G. Mastos at 999 Ponce de Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, Florida.
