Attorney William Motyczka of Silver Springs, FL; lying loser

The state of Florida presented William Jay Motyczka with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Teddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Prepared a revocable trust to take title to property he and his former girlfriend purchased and in doing so named himself the trustee and sole beneficiary
• Created a sham trust document amendment for the sole purpose of scamming ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Billy practices with the Law Offices of William Jay Motyczka at 5936 NE 63^rd Street in Silver Springs, Florida.
