Attorney Ronald Nelson of St. Petersburg, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Ronald Louis Nelson with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Ronnie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Ronnie!)
• Trust account did not have sufficient funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
