Attorney Michael Wolowitz of North Miami Beach, FL; ethical elf

The state of Florida presented Michael L. Wolowitz with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Accepted fees from three clients but provided insignificant services
• Failed to adequately communicate with his clients
• Had insufficient fund payments from his trust account
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mikey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Mikey practices with the Law Offices of Michael L. Wolowitz at 2600 Island Blvd in North Miami Beach, Florida.
