Attorney Brian Becher of Boca Raton; ethical troll

The state of Florida presented Brian Becher with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from George Washington University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statements of fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct contrary to honesty and justice
• Defended proceedings that were frivolous and without merit

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
