Attorney William S. England of Kansas City, MO; liar, ethically deprived

 
The state of Missouri presented William S. England with a law license in 1990.
 
In late 201 a Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Billy guilty of:
  1. Engaged in the illegal practice of law while his license was suspended
  2. Knowingly made a false statement of material fact and/or failed to disclose a fact necessary to correct a misapprehension known by him to have arisen in a case
  3. Failed to respond to a lawful demand for information from the disciplinary panel
  4. Engaged in conduct involving dishonest, deceit, fraud and/or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Bill by gifting him with a two year term of probation.
 
This patty-cake type of non-punishment is just another reason why Missourians hold the Legal Industry in contempt.
 
As we speak (April 2012) Bill is practicing his so-called brand of law at 412 East 79th Terrace in Kansas City, Missouri.
