Attorney John McGrath of Mineola, NY; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented John J. McGrath with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Touro University School of Law.

FYI: Touro University is ranked as the 178^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to keep clients informed about status of matter
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Johnny practices with the Law Office of John J. McGrath at 114 Old Country Road in Mineola, New York.
