Attorney Robert Goner of Melville, NY; convicted of child endangerment

The state of New York presented Robert David Goner with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Convicted of endangering the welfare of a child, Class A misdemeanor

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Bobby practices with the Law Offices of Robert D. Goner at 135 Maxess Road in Melville, New York.
