Attorney Allison Boyd of Brentwood, NY; convicted criminal

The state of New York presented Allison J. Boyd with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Touro University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of criminal facilitation, class A misdemeanor
  • Engaged in conduct which provided Jacqueline Singotiko the means or opportunity to commit a felony, namely, grand larceny in the second degree, by obtaining, through an act of mortgage fraud, a $264,000 mortgage loan from the lender

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Allison by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Allison practices at 130 3rd Avenue in Brentwood, New York.
