Attorney Nehru Nelson of Cheltenham, PA; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Nehru R. Nelson with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Hofstra University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Nehru guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file a registration statement and pay the required annual attorney registration fee 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
