Attorney Luigi Izzo of Bronx, NY; ethical ogre

The state of New York presented Luigi Izzo with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the Touro School of Law.

FYI: Touro University is ranked as the 178^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Luigi guilty of the following misconduct.

• Revealed client confidences
• Advanced improper financial assistance to a client
• Improperly communications with party he knew to be represented by counsel
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice   

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Luigi by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Luigi practices with The Berman Law Group at 1250 Waters Place in Bronx, New York.
