Attorney Andrew Newman of Freehold, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Andrew M. Newman with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport School of Law.  

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed failing to maintain trust or business account cash receipts and disbursements journals
• Failed to maintain proper monthly trust account three-way reconciliations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Andy practices at 4400 Route 9 South in Freehold, New Jersey.
