Attorney William Simpich Jr. of Oakland, CA; ethical ogre

The state of California presented William Morris Simpich Jr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the New College of California School of Law in San Francisco.

The New College of Law is a 4th Tier school that is not accredited by the ABA and is in the business of accepting losers that could not gain acceptance at mainstream law schools like U.C. Davis, University of San Francisco, Stanford or USC.

The State Bar Court found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with court order (Screw you, said Billy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Billy practices at 528 Grand Avenue in Oakland, California.
