Attorney Kerry Steigerwalt of San Diego, CA; serial cheater

The state of California presented Kerry Lee Steigerwalt with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Western State University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Kerry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fee (cheater) in 17 client matters
• Failed to provide client with adequate accounting in 17 client matters
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to adequately communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Kerry by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
