The state of New Jersey unfortunately presented Mario Apuzzo with a law license in 1983.
Mario represents a couple of like-minded morons that continue to argue that President Obama’s birth certificate is a sham. Mario represents Nick Purpura and Ted Moron, I’m sorry I mean Ted Moran in their frviilous litigation aimed at striking Obama’s name from the presidential ballot in November.
Mario’s moronic crusade has likely cost the taxpayers of New Jersey tens-of-thousands of dollars in litigation costs.
On April 11, 2012, Administrative Law Judge Jeff Masin told the three Morons, Mario, Nick and Ted to take a hike when he ruled against their ballot challenge.
Apparently no self-respecting law firm in the Newark area was about to offer Mario a good paying position. Can’t hardly blame them!
Hopefully the State Bar and/or a New Jersey Judge will impose serious sanctions against Mario for continuing to pursue what he knows is a frvivilous claim.
