Attorney Steve A. Craig of Columbus, OH; forger, liar

The state of Ohio presented Steve A. Craig with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the Ohio State University Law School

In 2011 the Columbus Bar Association filed charges against Steve for engaging in the following misconduct.
  1. Forged a client’s signature on an affidavit of transfer on death (forgery is a felony in Ohio)
  2. Falsely notarized his client’s signature on the forged affidavit of transfer (criminal misdemeanor in Ohio)
  3. Filed the falsely notarized affidavit with the Franklin County Recorder’s Office in Columbus
  4. Engaging in conduct involving dishonest, deceit and fraud
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Steve the Forger by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else in Ohio, Steve was never criminally charged with forger or altering an official document.

As we speak (ca. April 2012) Steve the Forger is practicing law at 4251 Norwich Street in Hilliard, Ohio which is a suburb of Columbus.
