Judge Bello Kawu of Nigeria; accused of forgery

The Nigerian Law Society provided Bello Kawu with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Lagos School of Law.

The National Judicial Council is investigating Justice Bello Kawu for allegedly engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct unbecoming a judicial officer
  • Has brough shame and disgrace to the Judiciary
  • Forged and/or altered court documents in relation to a judgment

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Kawu by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the National Judicial Council.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Judge Kawu continued to sit on the High Court of the Federal Capitol Territory in Abuja, Nigeria.
