Attorney Lynnette Callender of Palm Coast, FL; slacker, loser

The state of Florida presented Lynnette James Callender with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Howard University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Lynnette guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Filed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Lynnette!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Lynnette by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
