Attorney David Braun of Lake City, FL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida presented David C. Braun with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Davey practices at 218 SW Wall Terrace in Lake City, Florida.
