Attorney Peter MacAluso of Tampa, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida presented Peter Nicholas MacAluso with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Pete fails to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.macalusolaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Pete practices with Peter N. Macaluso PA at 3917 North Arlington Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
