Attorney Andy Parmenter of Gainesville, FL; slacker, loser  

The state of Florida presented Andy Brian Parmenter with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Andy!)  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
