Attorney Carolyn Pedersen of Fort Lauderdale, FL; deceitful loser

The state of Florida presented Carolyn Pedersen with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

FYI: Nova Southeastern is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar of Florida found Carolyn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Made or permitted making of false, misleading, deceptive, or unfair communication about her or her services

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Carolyn by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.
