Attorney Carlos Zarraluqui of Miami, FL; ethical elf 

The state of Florida presented Carlos Alberto Zarraluqui with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law.

FYI: St. Thomas is ranked as the 169th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar of Florida found Carlos guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Isaac by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
