Attorney Gilbert Carrillo of Davie, FL; ethical troll

The state of Florida presented Gilbert Carrillo with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Columbia University School of Law.  

The State Bar of Florida found Gil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Gil by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Gil practices at 2651 SW 109^th Avenue in Davie, Florida.
