Rep. Trey Hollingsworth: Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

Trey succeeded in duping the voters in the greater Jeffersonville area into electing him as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives in November 2016.

FYI: Trey has an estimated net worth of over $50 million, making him the 12th richest member of Congress.

After applying a thick coat of Industrial Strength Boudreaux’s Butt Paste for that ultimate protection, Trey decided to prove his undying loyalty to Donald “Small Hands Donnie” Trump by jumping on the “let us reopen the economy” despite the Coronavirus pandemic.

Towards that end, Trey made the following asinine comments while being interviewed by WIBC radio in Indianapolis all of which were aimed at feeding additional red meat to his and The Great Leader’s Low I.Q. followers.

  • “It is always the American government’s position to say, in the choice between the loss of our way of life as Americans and the loss of life of American lives, we have to always choose the latter.”
  • “It is policymakers’ decision to put on our big boy and big girl pants and say it is the lesser of these two evils” he said.
  • “It is not zero evil, but it is the lesser of these two evils and we intend to move forward that direction.”
  • “That is our responsibility and to abdicate that is to insult the Americans that voted us into office.”

Trey went on to say that shutdowns in place to protect lives would “insult the Americans that voted us [him and Little Hands Donnie] into office.

In Trey’s demented mind, dying from Coronavirus is a better option then closing businesses in order to fight the pandemic. Since that is how he feels, then why doesn’t he man up and show us the way by volunteering to die from the virus.
