Attorney Barry Marcus of Plantation, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida presented Barry Jay Marcus with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Mercer University School of Law.  

FYI: Mercer is ranked as the 146th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar of Florida found Barry guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Barry fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.glantzlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Barry practices with Glantz Law PA at 7951 SW 6^th Street in Plantation, Florida.
