Attorney Kenneth Grnaacek of Custer Park, IL; convicted batterer

The state of Illinois presented Kenneth A. Grnacek with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from the John D. Marshall School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• While a patron at the Korner Keg & Kitchen in Braidwood, he struck another patron in the face with his hand
• Found guilty of two counts of aggravated battery

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Kenny practices at 21466 Route 113 in Custer Park, Illinois.
