Attorney Robert Bristol of Roswell, NM; slacker, loser

The state of New Mexico presented Robert Matthew Bristol with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to in his duty to act both professionally and personally, in conformity with our Rules of Professional Conduct
• Failed to correct the inaccuracies contained in the documents he filed with the bankruptcy court
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Bobby fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.bristollawoffice.com.    Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Bobby practices with the Law Office of R. Matthew Bristol at 105 West 3^rd Street in Roswell, New Mexico.
