Attorney Jacob DiCiaula of Bloomington, IL; serial drunken convict

The state of Illinois presented Jacob Thomas DiCiaula with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel has charged Jacob with engaging in the following misconduct.

• 2018 misdemeanor conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol - Allegheny County, Virginia
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• 2019 conviction for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content above .08 - McLean County, Illinois
• Appearing in Logan County court under the influence of alcohol 
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jacob by cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Jacob practices at 1309 Winterberry Circle in Bloomington, Illinois.
