Attorney Jan Weiss of West Palm Beach, FL; ethical goblin

The state of Florida presented Jan Peter Weiss with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

FYI: Nova Southeastern is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar of Florida found Jan guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on Jan’s honesty
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jan by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Jan practices with the Law Office of Jan Peter Weiss at 7810 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach, Florida.
