The State of New York provided John M. Panara with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the Albany School of Law.

A Disciplinary Department Board Panel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Converted client funds to his personal use (thief)
• Over-billed clients for disbursements related to real estate closings (cheater)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Johnny practices at 4388 Clark Street in Hamburg, New York.
